Our approach?
Our approach is straightforward:
After signing an NDA, and for a one-time fee, we will complete an in-depth Challenge Review. Here we will work with you to clearly frame the challenge or issue in simple and quantifiable terms.
We will then gather all the relevant information and talk to your team to complete a in depth review. Typically takes 2 - 4 weeks.
We will then produce a gap analysis report on how to overcome the identified challenges. This will be in the form of a proposal.
Our recommendation will include a number of options including Short Term project engagement where we are responsible for the recommendations, or Business Advisory assignment where we support you and your team to deliver change.
